Our participation in the eTwinning Workshop held in Mersin Erdemli in November 2025 carried double importance for our project. This valuable organization took place with the personal attendance of our District Director of National Education, Mr. Yusuf AÇIK YÖRÜK, and our eTwinning Provincial Coordinator, Ms. Bircan KELEŞ. Ms. Bircan KELEŞ's eye-opening presentations about eTwinning inspired other colleagues in our region who wished to join the project, while also giving us the opportunity to introduce our project "GREEN COMPASS: CLIMATE-FRIENDLY LIFE WITH DIGITAL STEPS" and exchange ideas with them. This strong local support and interest has created a solid foundation that will enhance the local impact of our international project.
We combine the fight against climate change with the power of digital tools. This eTwinning project aims to raise environmental awareness and help students discover climate-friendly practices for daily life. Using Web 2.0 tools, we create tangible solutions for waste reduction and sustainable consumption, ensuring every student acquires a digital "green compass" to actively shape the future of the planet.
